SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

Thank you for visiting Vision Miner located at http://www.visionminer.com (the “Site”). Vision Miner (“We”, “Us”) is committed to protecting the Privacy of your personally identifiable information. We may from time to time, provide such information to certain partners for efficiency issues relating to your account. By registering, you agree that anyone accessing your Vision Miner account(s), or visits the Site while under your employment understands, complies, and agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Minors
We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate and monitor the interactive activities of their children. We will never knowingly collect any personal information about individuals under the age of eighteen (18) years of age. If we obtain knowledge that we have collected information on a minor, that information will be immediately deleted from our database.

Vision Miner strives to safeguard and protect our account holders’ information. When members submit personally identifiable information to Vision Miner, their personally identifiable information is protected both online and offline. When our registration process asks registrants to submit Sensitive Information, and when we transmit such Sensitive Information, that Sensitive Information is encrypted and protected with SSL encryption software. While we use SSL encryption to protect Sensitive Information online, we protect all other user information online and offline. The Third Party Agent servers that we utilize to store personally identifiable information in are kept in a secure physical environment. The Third Party Agent has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of personally identifiable information stored on its servers.
Although Vision Miner takes precautions when managing your data, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure, even with encryption. Therefore, we cannot warrant that your information will be absolutely secure. Any transmission of data at or through our Site is at your own risk. However, access to your personally identifiable information is strictly limited, and not accessible to the public. Only staff, and third party agents, that need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to your information when it relates to an internal task. Our staff is dedicated to ensuring the security and privacy of all user information. Staff not adhering to our written policies are subject to disciplinary action, and/or removal. You may at any time choose to stop receiving emails containing general information regarding Vision Miner by following the instructions at the end of each email or by contacting us at support@visionminer.com If you should you be contacted by any of our Partners through email, you can easily opt-out or unsubscribe at the end of each email to stop receiving additional emails, notice, or updates. There may be a short delay of up to a few business days while your request is being verified, deployed and processed across our servers. Vision Miner may continue to contact you for the purpose of communicating information relating to your account, as well as respond to any inquiries, requests, or services rendered.
Notification of Changes
We reserve the right to change or update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a clear and conspicuous notice on the Site explaining that we are changing our Privacy Policy.
